Alzheimer’s Service Center to Reopen

The Clayton County Senior Services department has received ARPA funding to reopen the Alzheimer’s Service Center.  The center was inoperable when it could not make the necessary repairs to the building. ARPA funding will help perform the required repairs, including roof replacement, HVAC replacement, alarm system replacement, tree removal, fixture replacements throughout the facility, and flooring replacement. The repairs are projected to take 6-8 months to complete.
