Clayton County Water Authority Hardship Assistance & Customer Debt Relief

The Clayton County Water Authority allocation totaled approximately 1.5 million dollars ($200,000 for Hardship Assistance and $1.3 million for Customer Debt Relief) to help CCWA customers experiencing hardship. Customers who qualify may be eligible to receive up to $400 of Hardship Assistance from ARPA funding. Residential and most non-residential customers with a past due balance of 90+ days may be eligible to participate in the Customer Debt Relief program.
