Clayton Center Premium Pay

The Clayton Center Community Service Board looks to increase key staff pay. The key staff that is paid under $13 per hour will be paid $13 per hour threshold. The staff working in developmental disabilities programs, mental health and substance use residential services, transportation, and other support areas will receive an increase. Funds have been allocated to sustain this pay increase for FY 22, FY 23, and FY 24. In recognition of all their efforts, full-time workers will also receive a $2000 bonus during FY22.
