Southern Regional, Clayton County’s largest provider of medical services, looks to attract new workers to Clayton County.  Southern Regional aims to reduce its FT nursing vacancies and increase its ICU capacity by four beds. Southern Regional will offer sign-on bonuses for new hires and retention bonuses for current employees to attract and retain health care professionals.
