Office of Performance Management Expansion

The Clayton County Board of Commissioners’ approval to expand the Office of Performance Management (OPM) to support county operations.     The Office Performance Management (OPM) guides county operations to strategically progress county priorities based on the approved County’s strategic plan.  ARPA funding will allow OPM to hire a grants analyst and a policy analyst to assist with the understanding and reporting of all ARPA and federal funding.  These positions will help internal/external stakeholders understand the expectations of receiving their funding and adhering to all federal, state, and local requirements.
