Probate Court Makes Changes

The Clayton County Probate Court has shifted its course on the backlog of cases due to the pandemic. Probate Court has experienced an increased number of filed cases over the last few years and will convert to the new CJT system.   Probate Court will also enhance its communications technology, purchase social distancing signages, and implement enhanced sanitation measures in high-traffic areas. To accomplish this task, the court will hire three temporary employees.
